Unkomplizierte Fahrzeugübernahme. Einweisung in das Fahrzeug fiel etwas knapp aus, was aber sicher daran lag, dass ich erwähnte schon öfter mit dem Camper in Island unterwegs gewesen zu sein. Das Fahrzeug war innen und außen perfekt gereinigt. Zum Auto muss man nicht viel sagen, es hat uns sicher über Lavablöcke, Eis und natürlich auch durch so manche Furt gebracht.

I don't reccomend this service. We picked up the camper 2 hours late. We arrived at 10 to the meeting point in Keflavik, where they had to pick up us, but they were confused with the point and we had to wait in the street for more than an hour. We had a problem with the camper, Dacia Docker, and it stopped in the middle of the road. The emergency service in Kú Kú finish at 8 pm, then if you have a problem after this hour, you have a big problem. It was our case. It was 8.05 and we called at 112, a car crane took us to a campsite. The next day we called to Kú kú camper al 8 am, we were an hour from the office but it takes 3 hours to get another camper. When we went to return the camper, a guy explain us that they had a problem with this kind of campers and often the customers call them to change the camper. In our case, the problem was more serious and they wanted to charge us 2000 euro. That's not all, they charge me this amount before to talk with us. Finally, they say than they return me the money (i'm waiting yet), but the problem is they are renting campers with a problem and you can lost a part of your holidays. In addition, they don't compensate you, and charge you the money before to talk with you. We talked with the man of the car crane and told us that this is a common problem with Kú kú campers.

El equipo de Kú Kú Campers es genial. Siempre que tuvimos cualquier tipo de duda, nos contestaban rápida y amablemente. Nuestra experiencia fue maravillosa, gracias en parte al acierto que fue alquilar nuestra fuego con ellos. Lo recomiendo 100%.
