The cottages have one bedroom with a large closet and two high-quality, made-up beds which can function as twins or be pushed together to form a double, bathroom with walk-in shower and a living room with HD TV and radio/speaker-system.

The living room features a large, comfy couch with pullout sofa-bed and another bed which may be separated from the others with a screen for privacy. There is also a kitchenette in the living room with a ceramic stove, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Each room is equipped with under-floor heating, so they are always warm and comfortable, no matter the weather outside.

The houses have private verandas with outdoor dining facilities and a glass windbreak on their northern side to provide the best view possible while protecting you from the elements.
