Our Guesthouse is situated in the city of Akureyri. Akureyri is the second-largest city in Iceland, after the capital, Reykjavik. Despite having only 18,000 inhabitants, this small city has a real buzz about it. It is full of cool, cozy cafes, fantastic restaurants offering traditional Icelandic cuisine and fine dining, and a great nightlife scene.
Akureyri is a great base for exploring North Iceland. It has a relaxed, chilled atmosphere and plenty of choices for both food and accommodation.

Facilities & Amenities
Our Guesthouse offers a range of rooms, suites, and apartments sleeping between two and 10 people. These include double rooms, twin rooms, family rooms, suites, studios, and apartments. This means that Our Guesthouse is suitable for lots of different types of travelers including couples, families, and groups of friends.
Bed linens and towels are all included in the rooms so you can save space in your luggage as you don’t need to bring them with you.
The suite, studio, and apartment have a private bathroom with a bathtub, shower, or both. The other rooms have access to a shared bathroom.
The apartment has two bedrooms and is large and spacious. It sleeps up to 10 people which makes it perfect for larger families or groups of friends. The apartment includes all the amenities you might need during your stay. These include a fully-equipped self-catering kitchen, a flatscreen TV, and a balcony that has fabulous views over the city.
The apartment has a homely, traditional interior with high ceilings which make gives the apartment its spacious, airy feel.
Guests staying in the other rooms have access to a self-catering kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. This is great if you’re traveling on a budget as you can save money by buying your food from grocery stores, rather than eating out.
