it took us 2 hours to get our car, only 1 person working who could not find our reservation, once everything was done, we had customers telling us off for taking so long, we got into the car, there were dents and chips not mention on our form, the car was making a funny sound, was a little weird but we reported it via email as there was NO way of getting in touch with the office, we tried many different numbers. would I go with Payless again? no maybe booking it directly would have made a difference I don't know, returning the car took about 10 to 15 mins once served after half an hr of waiting. their final invoice was confusing to read.
