The serivce was exceptional as both the people from Key Car Rental were very helpful at all times and the Toyota Aygo I was given was very easy to drive. I would highly recommend them.

todo fué muy facil, tanto la recogida como la devolución.. y el coche nos fué muy bien con las ruedas de nieve y el 4 x 4 para el duro clima de islandia

The car itself was absolutely great, I'm very glad we were given winter tires for our November trip. Check in was a bit of a pain - there wasn't any signage within/around the airport like there is for the other rental car services.

Great service and smooth handling. Where the process can improve is if there could be some more information available regarding the fact that the company lacks physical presence (i.e. a desk or office) at Keflavik Airport. We felt a bit lost as travelling, weary customers when we were searching for the rental car company upon arrival at the airport. However, everything from the booking process to the car itself was a great experience. We would highly recommend the company to others who are visiting the incredible country of Iceland.
