Katlatrack

The tour itself was amazing, our guide Martin was off the hook. Even though it rained all through the tour and it was very slushy, he made the best of it, he had to work extra hard his eyes at night when we were returning because headlights of van need upgrade. The cave was mesmerizing, extremely cool to be able to see what we saw, amazing, absolutely recommended!

Great experience! Our guide Boris was very informative and fun. The ice caves were cool, but the whole experience is the trip is great too...like the super jeep ride, learning about the area, walking on the glacier. Unique experience that is totally worth it.

Einfach nur genial. Thomas unser Guide hat alles aus der Tour geholt was geht, jeder kam auf seine Kosten. Ich weiß nicht wie die anderen Guides sind aber Thomas ist definitiv der beste gewesen. Natürlich sollte man nicht zu große Erwartungen haben, durch das schmelzen verändert sich alles ständig.

Katla Ice Cave should definitely be in the list of the top 3 things to see in Iceland. The naturally formed caves are simply awesome. We booked through Guide to Iceland and they worked with Katlatrack to get us an unforgettable tour! We were lucky to see 1 ice cave and 1 soon to be formed ice cave. Overall a great experience. The tour followed by a nice black crust pizza was perfect. Don't forget to claim your discount in the restaurant after you have done the tour with them!
