Sigi was very knowledgeable, interesting and engaging. Answered all our questions, took very good care of us, made an extra stop for us en route to see a place we had previously visited in the summer and was very accommodating of our limitations on ice. It was just the 2 of us on our tour but I am sure a larger group would have been just as enjoyable. We will book again with Star Travel when we return to Iceland.

Siggy, our driver/guide, was friendly and informative throughout our tour. We were a small group, 5 of us, and Siggy was therefore able to interact individually with us at times. We chose, as a group, to finish at the Myvatn Lagoon before returning to Akureyri via the scenic over mountain route rather than the tunnel used on our outward journey, The tunnel was an interesting stop at the beginning when Siggy gave some information on it's construction.

Highly recommend, our guides were amazing! We saw and learnt a lot about Iceland on the whole and Akureyi as well as everywhere we visited. Such a beautiful country and interesting history and facts were aplenty. They were so friendly and helpful, definitely willing to go the extra mile to make your tour unforgettable.

The tour was amazing and all the other words. Our guide, Siggi, was the best guide of our the trip. He shared geological info, history, cultural tidbits, and so much more. He knew what to tell us to look for and was friendly and informative. The caves, waterfalls, geysers, the lake, the 13 Santas. We learned so much and it was a very enjoyable day.
