I have three complaints. First, I had requested a Japanese audio guide, but the guide did not provide a sufficient explanation and I was unable to use it. I would like a refund. Second, when I first got on the bus, the guide was unclear, always referring to this bus and that bus. Furthermore, after visiting the national park, I ended up getting transferred to a different bus. Third, it seems my name had not been registered at the Blue Lagoon, so I had to wait about 20 minutes at reception and only managed to spend an hour at the Blue Lagoon. I was really looking forward to it, but it was the worst tour ever.
