The Lava Tunnel

Det var en fantastisk guidad tur, som passar för olika åldrar. Professionell guide, som berättade intressant om Lava Tunnel. Personal skötte om vår säkerhet: där finns hjälmar med pannlampor och stavar. Och vi fick massor upplevelser, när vi stod i tunnel hjärta i fullständigt mörker några minuter: lugn och ro och bara vattendroppar hördes.. Rekommenderas starkt!

This was a great, uncrowded experience, just do it!! Especially in winter.

We came as a family and enjoyed the tour a lot. Is is going a bit up and down, and people who have difficulties with uneven ground should be cautious, but for an average person and children it is easy to manage. The tunnel is beautiful, and it is impressive to see various stages of the molten lava. Dimitri made it even more enjoyable. Not only did he explain geological issues well but also made the group laugh :-). Amount of people in the group was fine, too, more would probably be too much.
