The rental went smooth from pick up at the airport to drop off. The car was smaller then I remember requesting but it was OK. No hidden fees and I got the premium insurance to be safe. Staff was nice, a little rushed maybe as they were busy but only had to wait about10 minutes after bringing car back to get shuttled to the airport
Actually, we drove a Toyota Rav4 Hybrid. This change was offered by Mycar office without extra fee. It was a nice car to drive in Iceland. And at office, staffs were kind and friendly! When I sent the mail to the Mycar, I could receive the reply, very shortly. This is also good point! If I had a chance to visit Iceland, I would like to use Mycar again. Thank you N. Ikeya.
