All in all a great day, the island was beautiful and the puffins were a special highlight. I didn't want to leave. I also stopped at the Beluga whale rescue. And though there were only two whale, they were extremely playful and fun to watch. The museum of the Volcano eruption was super interesting and best of all, our guide Thomash (sp) was amazing. Highly recommend, however, if you get seasick, take precautions before the 40 minute ferry, right? I did not so I really loved it, but my friends were a little nauseous.

Wow! We had an amazing time that almost didn't happen. Our 6 year old dottir was having a meltdown before the ride as she didn't want to wear the sea suit that was required. We almost had to cancel but several cre members helped her get on a new suit and comforted her and we were able to get on the water. And the one hour R.I.B. tour was absolutely amazing! Guide Thor was very informative and the bost ride was such a tremendous experience! Awesome sights and sounds and would highly recommend!

The drivers are very friendly and accommodative. They are also super considerate and gave us a break in the oil station with great variety of souvenirs. We also got to be the only two people in this tour so we pretty much got a private tour. The drivers were very very friendly and they talked to us about Iceland and the hometown and asked about our hometown which are very nice topics. We really appreciate this tour.

My tour guide for the day was Chris. The whole day was excellent! Chris gave informative, interesting commentary throughout the trip. He was adaptable in the schedule to meet the needs of the group. I had a thoroughly enjoyable day and would highly recommend this trip to anyone wishing to explore the Westman Islands from Reyjavik 😁❤️
